Complaints
- All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt, by email or letter;
- All complaints will be answered within 3 days;
- All complaints will be followed up within 5 days;
Management Accountants
- Monthly Management Accounts will be completed within 10 working days of receiving the information. (may vary due to agreed terms, upon appointment)
- Quarterly Management Account to be completed within 15 working days of receiving the information. (may vary due to agreed terms upon appointment)
Communication Service Level Agreements
- Telephone queries are replied to within 2 working days;
- Correspondence will be acknowledged/answered within 3 working days;
- Emails are acknowledged within 2 working days.
